Job Title: Family Law Attorney (Hybrid)

A prominent law firm in Lockport, NY is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to collaborate as co-counsel. Duties:

• Co-counseling on a variety of family law cases
• Managing a high caseload and providing legal counsel in matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support
• Drafting legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Ensuring timely and efficient case management and communication with clients
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each case
• Collaborating with internal support staff for case management and administrative functions

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar
• A minimum of 3 years of family law experience, with a proven ability to handle various family law matters
• Ability to handle a significant volume of cases and multitask effectively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with limited-scope representation is a plus
• Strong commitment to providing empathetic, ethical, and compassionate legal services

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the State Bar in good standing
