Duties

• Handle all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Manage extensive motion practice and legal research.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with senior partners, associates, and paralegals to maintain case progression.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling civil litigation cases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Education
