The ideal candidate will have experience in defending personal injury and property damage lawsuits, with courtroom, motion, and deposition experience.

Duties:

• Defend personal injury and property damage lawsuits.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including motions, depositions, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience with personal injury and property damage defense.
• Strong courtroom, motion, and deposition experience.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and research skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
