Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in corporate real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law, contracts, and financing structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
