Duties:

  • Draft and review demand letters, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all documentation.
  • Audit case files for compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a personal book of business, fostering relationships within the community and legal field.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm and attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on developments in personal injury law to provide informed and current legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor legal support staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
  • A personal book of business and marketing experience are highly desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license; licensure in multiple states is a plus.
