A law firm seeks a talented Family Law Attorney to join its legal team in Houston, Texas. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Duties

  • Represent clients in court, presenting arguments, and negotiating settlements.
  • Advise clients on their rights and legal options, offering strategic counsel on family law issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing them with guidance and reassurance throughout the legal process.
  • Ensure all legal documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Texas Bar license to practice law.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in family law or related practice areas (preferred).
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills with the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload with efficiency.
  • Attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Texas State Bar License (Required).
