Job Overview: A law firm in San Diego, CA, seeks a Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions. Duties:

  • Handle complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, M&A, and financings.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
