  • Represent leaders in diverse industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive, in product liability and mass tort cases.
  • Utilize 4-6 years of litigation experience, including deposition and substantive brief writing experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with California state and federal civil procedure (preferred).
  • Contribute trial experience in product liability, mass tort, MDL, and team management in California.
  • Possess California Bar admission.

Duties:

  • Handle product liability and mass tort cases for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of litigation experience, with deposition and substantive brief writing experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with California state and federal civil procedure (preferred).
  • Experience in product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, and/or trial experience in California (a plus).
  • California Bar admission is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • California Bar admission.
