Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a mid-level Immigration Associate to join its team, with a focus on EB-5 immigration matters. Location:

Duties:

  • Manage and advise clients on EB-5 immigration matters, including applications, petitions, and case strategies.
  • Draft and review immigration filings, petitions, and related documents.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to clients on complex EB-5 issues.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to handle case management efficiently.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide expert advice on immigration processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EB-5 regulations and trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in EB-5 immigration law.
  • Strong client service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team setting while managing individual case responsibilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in a state bar (preferably New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or another jurisdiction).

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of EB-5 visa program and related immigration laws.
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.
  • Excellent client communication and management skills.
  • Proficiency in case management tools and legal software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
