This role is ideal for a legal professional with 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation, who is eager to contribute to various stages of case management, from discovery to trial. The successful candidate will play a key role in legal research, preparing pleadings, handling hearings, and assisting in trial preparations.

Duties:

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Attend hearings, and depositions, and assist with trial preparations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain organized case files and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience handling depositions, hearings, and discovery processes.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar license.

Skills:

• Legal research (Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.)
• Proficiency in legal writing and drafting documents.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules.
