Duties:

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and property division matters.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and agreements related to family law cases.
  • Appear in court to advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to move cases efficiently through the legal process.
  • Utilize strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple cases.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law or equivalent experience as a law clerk.
  • Strong courtroom experience and willingness to regularly appear in court.
  • Excellent academic background and writing skills.
  • Understanding of numbers, business concepts, and financial principles.
  • Self-motivated and driven by excellence and competition.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
