Duties:

• Draft loan default letters for both monetary and non-monetary defaults in commercial loans
• Prepare Forbearance Agreements and Loan Modification (Change in Terms) Agreements
• Assist with the preparation of complaints, motions, discovery requests, and responses
• Represent creditors in national bankruptcy matters
• Contribute to the preparation of loan documentation for real estate-secured loans

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate and financial services litigation
• Interest in expanding knowledge into transactional and lending matters
• Ability to work independently on financial litigation matters
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Creditor bankruptcy experience is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
