The ideal candidate will possess superior academic credentials, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team member.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other court documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide support in litigation.

  • Stay current with changes in bankruptcy and insolvency laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide updated legal guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing membership in the Delaware State Bar.
  • 1-3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on bankruptcy and insolvency.
