Duties

• Manage a caseload of 10–15 complex litigation matters

• Handle all aspects of case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

• Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation

• Prepare for and participate in mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to team-based litigation strategies

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience

• Substantial experience in labor and employment law matters

• Ability to independently manage complex cases from start to finish

• Willingness to work on-site in a collaborative office setting

• Strong time management and organizational skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required)
