Duties:

  • Manage complex, multi-agency investigations and litigation matters.
  • Oversee large-scale document review and production with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Develop case strategy, tactics, and pre-litigation plans in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Conduct written and verbal communications with clients, witnesses, and regulatory bodies.
  • Engage in trial and appellate litigation, handling both local and international matters.
  • Provide direction to paralegals and support staff during trial preparations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, court officials, and jurors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in white-collar, financial, or regulatory litigation.
  • Experience managing complex, high-volume document production.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess and navigate complex legal scenarios.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Familiarity with case law, civil procedure, and regulatory practices.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar admission in North Carolina (preferred) or eligibility for admission.
