Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated and skilled litigation associate attorney to join its Philadelphia office. Duties:

• Manage a significant caseload of litigation matters, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, motions, and other court documents.
• Conduct and participate in depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
• Assist with mediation sessions and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with partners, support staff, and other team members to provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage multiple case files efficiently in a high-paced legal environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts effectively.
• Flexibility and organizational skills to transition seamlessly between diverse cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Expertise in legal research, drafting, and litigation strategies.
• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and motion practice.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills during mediations and court appearances.
