Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload predominantly involving residential first-party property cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as required.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in First-Party Property, General Liability, or a related field.
  • Strong litigation skills and experience managing all phases of litigation independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and research abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a high-volume caseload.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership with the Florida Bar.
