Duties

  • Manage complex litigation cases focusing on cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
  • Oversee all stages of litigation, including client interaction, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with specialized eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop case strategies.
  • Conduct mediations and argue key motions in court.
  • Prepare detailed legal documents, conduct thorough research, and advise clients on litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, particularly in cyber, data, or privacy law.
  • Strong academic credentials with proven excellence in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state where the desired office is located.
