• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Engage with clients, offering solutions tailored to unique legal challenges in labor and employment law.

Requirements:

• 2-20 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality legal representation and advice.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in at least one New England state or New York.
