Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney on behalf of a leading personal injury law firm. As part of the firm, you will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from start to finish, including gathering necessary evidence, preparing demand letters, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of personal injury law, a strong work ethic, and a passion for achieving the best results for clients. This position is based in Albany, Georgia, and offers a full-time, on-site schedule.

Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases from evaluation to settlement.
  • Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Gather necessary documents and evidence to support claims.
  • Prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements.
  • Conduct medical reviews, manage discovery, and provide legal guidance to clients.
  • Open new case files and create comprehensive litigation plans.
  • Handle a large caseload while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and provide effective leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
  • Trial experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, particularly in Georgia and Florida.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload and lead a legal team.
  • Experience in client interaction and handling sensitive situations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
