IP Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a skilled mid-level associate to enhance its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, a strong academic background, and significant experience within a law firm environment.

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload in intellectual property litigation, focusing on Federal Circuit matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to formulate effective litigation strategies.
• Stay current with legal developments and trends in intellectual property law.
• Represent clients in court appearances and negotiations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven track record of success in law firms, particularly in handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
