  • Stay updated on estate planning, real estate law, and business law developments to provide clients with current and effective legal advice.

Requirements:

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills in transactional law, with the ability to create and review complex legal documents.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactional matters simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a legal team.
  • Client-focused approach, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar is required.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certification or coursework in estate planning, real estate, or business law is beneficial but not required.
