Duties

  • Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct thorough research to support compliance and operational needs in the investment funds group.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce timely, high-quality work and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the objectives of the position.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build professional relationships.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
