Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes, offering strategic advice and solutions to clients.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including drafting and filing legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed reports, memoranda, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
