A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Trust and Estates Department in Philadelphia. The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on trust and estate matters, utilizing superior writing skills and legal expertise to support the firm's clients.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on trust and estate matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.
  • Assist senior attorneys in client meetings and court proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
  • Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
