Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases related to child injuries, birth injuries, and commercial vehicle accidents.
• Demonstrate ownership and leadership in managing cases from start to resolution.
• Collaborate with a legal team, accepting direction while providing leadership.
• Utilize legal technology and practice management tools effectively.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide oral advocacy as necessary.
• Maintain strong organizational, follow-up, and case management skills.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to pushing matters to conclusion.
• Proven writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
