Duties:

• Manage and oversee complex insurance and reinsurance litigation matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct discovery, including motion practice and depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings and trials.
• Handle client communication and case management independently.
• Participate in business development efforts and client management activities.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Experience with professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Ability to manage cases independently and handle all facets of litigation.
• Strong litigation experience, including depositions and court appearances.
• Demonstrated capability to contribute to client management and business development efforts.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in PA.
