Job Overview: A prominent law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team. Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including litigation matters related to personal injury
• Develop strategies for legal action in complex civil cases
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, demands, and responses
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and motions
• Collaborate with colleagues to move cases forward, ensuring thorough and timely preparation for settlement or trial
• Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, and opposing counsel to drive case progress

Requirements:

• Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania (New Jersey Bar preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation
• Proficient in researching and analyzing case law, statutes, and legal precedents
• Experience drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and mediate effectively
• A proactive approach to managing case files and driving them toward resolution

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Valid state Bar certification (PA required, NJ preferred)
