A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its team in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This role is ideal for licensed attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation and business transactions. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Idaho or qualify for reciprocity from the state in which currently practicing.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Idaho (or eligibility for reciprocity).

Skills:

  • Strong civil litigation and business law knowledge.
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and case management.
  • Solid research and analytical abilities.
