Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing immigration law, specifically with E Visa, L-1 Visa, O-1 Visa, H-1B Visa, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Multinational Executive, and EB-2 NIW.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Education:

  • Doctorate in Law (Juris Doctor - JD)

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License in any U.S. state.

Skills:

  • Strong research and legal writing capabilities.
  • High attention to detail in document preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to maintain professional, clear communication with clients.
