Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience practicing law.
  • Experience in eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title law is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • California State Bar membership. Additional bar admissions are a plus.
