Duties:

• Handle a wide range of legal matters related to property insurance claims
• Manage litigation, negotiation, and settlement of claims
• Provide exceptional legal representation to clients in First Party Property cases
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling insurance claims
• Strong background in First Party Property insurance claims or civil litigation
• Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
