Requirements

• 3-6 years of commercial finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Proven ability to draft and manage loan transactions.
• Experience managing multiple matters and projects at once.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or its equivalent) with strong academic credentials.
• Admission (or steps to become admitted) to the bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction or steps taken to obtain such membership.
