This firm handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Duties:

• Manage assigned cases in a team-oriented environment.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze key legal issues.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents and pleadings.
• Participate in motion practice and attend court appearances.
• Develop cases effectively to deliver top-notch legal services.
• Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and other discovery processes.
• Assist in trial preparation and manage expert witnesses.

Requirements:

• Active membership in a state bar (Oregon, Idaho, or Washington preferred).
• Proven ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and work site accidents preferred.
• Experience with construction defects or dram shop matters preferred.
• Experience in federal and/or appellate courts preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in at least one state (Oregon, Washington, or Idaho).

Skills:

• Experience in civil litigation and insurance defense matters.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle complex case management and legal challenges.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge legal technology is a plus.
