Job Title: Associate Attorney (Remote/Alpharetta, GA)

Job Overview: A law firm in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team remotely. Duties:

  • Represent clients through all stages of the foreclosure process, including contested foreclosures.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing, such as loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence to initiate and manage foreclosure actions.
  • Perform legal research and analyze applicable statutes, case law, and servicing requirements.
  • Attend court hearings and maintain communication with opposing counsel.
  • Ensure internal client systems are accurately updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of work, meeting deadlines for clients, investors, and courts.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Delaware State Bar is required (newly barred attorneys welcome).
  • Prior foreclosure and litigation experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar membership in Delaware is required.
