A law firm seeks an experienced trial attorney to advocate for clients in court proceedings and manage all aspects of litigation, including trial strategy, case preparation, and courtroom representation. Duties:

  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on case developments and advise on legal options.
  • Stay informed of changes in legal procedures, laws, and precedents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a trial attorney with a record of successful outcomes.
  • Strong oral advocacy skills and the ability to present complex legal arguments effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal standards, regulations, and precedents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams and engaging with clients to build trust and understanding.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
