Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Draft and argue motions and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and motions
• Represent clients in court hearings and depositions
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters
• Maintain strong client communication and build long-term client relationships
• Assist in developing strategies to meet client goals and resolve disputes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Experience in employment law, construction law, or business law is a plus
• Ability to handle a variety of cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
