This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in estate administration, business succession, and experience in international tax and cross-border planning.

Duties
• Provide sophisticated estate planning advice and strategies for high-net-worth individuals and family groups.
• Draft and review key estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives.
• Advise clients on business succession planning and structuring family-owned businesses and assets.
• Manage estate administration matters, including probate proceedings and trust administration.
• Assist clients with charitable planning, philanthropic goals, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
• Conduct detailed reviews of clients' financial situations to develop tailored estate planning solutions.
• Stay informed on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting estate planning and wealth management.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 10 years of experience in private client services within a large law firm or financial planning firm.
• Strong background in estate and tax planning, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and family groups.
• Preferred experience in international tax and cross-border planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
Certification in Estate Planning, such as Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) or Certified Estate Planner (CEP), is advantageous.
