Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate insurance and bad faith actions in California and other jurisdictions.
• Provide a wide range of insurance coverage services to clients.
• Handle all facets of litigation, including:
  • Motion practice
  • Discovery
  • Alternative dispute resolution
  • Trial preparation
• Prepare pleadings and briefs, manage discovery and depositions, and conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Provide liability analyses to clients and develop litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Manage breach of contract and bad faith claims from inception to trial.
• Navigate both state and federal court proceedings effectively.
• Maintain multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid litigation experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and insurance-related actions.
• Current California Bar admission in good standing is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex insurance litigation cases from start to finish.
