A law firm seeks a skilled real estate associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience to join its team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will handle a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending. Duties:

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements.
  • Represent clients in real estate lending matters, advising on financing and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and loan documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title reports, surveys, and zoning issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for successful real estate transactions.
  • Assist in the closing process, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Provide legal counsel on various real estate-related issues, including land use and development.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio, in good standing.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of real estate finance and transaction structures.
