A law firm in Portsmouth, NH, seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong background in handling transactions and providing legal counsel on complex real estate matters.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title reviews, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
  • Advise clients on real estate laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of New Hampshire in good standing.
  • 2-8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law.

Education and Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire.
