Duties:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Active California Bar membership.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience in Employment Law.
  • Proven track record of handling cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex cases effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Client-oriented with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • California Bar License (active).

  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
