Attorney needed for Las Vegas office

Job Overview:

Location:

• Las Vegas, NV

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of 50–75 active insurance defense litigation files

• Handle all stages of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation

• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed

• Report case status and developments to clients and insurance carriers on a monthly basis

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and carriers

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff in a team-based environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation (preferred)

• Trial experience is a plus

• Ability to manage high-volume caseload independently

• Strong case strategy, organization, and client communication skills

• Willingness to build long-term client relationships

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada
