Duties:

• Manage cases from initial engagement through to completion, ensuring efficient, effective case handling.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and interactions.
• Oversee project management, ensuring deadlines and resources are efficiently handled.
• Prepare and finalize pleadings in compliance with both state and federal rules for court filings.
• Conduct and oversee written discovery, including editing subpoenas and disclosure statements.
• Maintained organized case documentation and supervised file management.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and produce high-quality legal writing.
• Handle all aspects of depositions, including preparation, taking, witness preparation, and defense.
• Negotiate settlements, handle mediation, and represent clients during settlement conferences.
• Manage trial preparation and litigation, ensuring thorough representation and advocacy throughout the trial process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in complex litigation.
• Expertise in probate litigation is a plus.
• Strong ethical judgment, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
