Duties

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective defense tactics.

Requirements

• 1-4+ years of experience in defense litigation.
• Experience in personal injury and premises liability cases is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Louisiana State Bar (required).
