Location:

Duties:

  • Handle trust and estate administration matters with a client-first approach

  • Design and implement case strategies with significant autonomy

  • Engage in regular client communication and consultations

  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a team-based environment

  • Focus exclusively on legal work, with no business development or administrative responsibilities required unless desired

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Virginia

  • Strong organizational skills and adherence to established procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Genuine interest in client service and legal advocacy

  • Prior experience in trust and estate administration is a plus, but not required

  • DC and/or Maryland bar admission is a plus, but not required

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Must be in good standing with the Virginia State Bar

  • Admission to DC or Maryland bar is a bonus
