This mid-sized, full-service firm has some really incredible opportunities for a lawyer who is in or is interested in relocating to New Jersey. Convenient to Manhattan (including a satellite Manhattan office), this firm sets reachable goals for partnership. Furthermore, 1,800 hours gets a $10,000 annual bonus, which for most big-firm attorneys is something they can acheive in their sleep. Their competitive salary is all relative, but there is no question that compared to comparable firms in the region, this is one of the most desirable combinations of lifestyle and salary around. With some notable litigators, and several partners who are quite well regarded within the local bar, the mentoring here is tops.
