  • Analyze and apply statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Work within Federal and State Securities Laws, including the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate, M&A, or investment management law
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate transactions and private fund management
  • Proficiency in legal writing and document analysis
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and governance principles
  • Familiarity with securities laws and regulations

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in North Carolina or eligibility for admission to practice in North Carolina
