Associate Attorney needed for Red Lodge office

A law firm in Red Lodge is seeking an Associate Attorney with a keen interest in complex civil litigation. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in Montana, and have at least 2 years of legal experience. Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently.
• Attend meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Montana.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local Court rules.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
