Senior Family Law Attorney

Linthicum Heights office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior family law attorney with 5 years of experience in family law. The candidate will manage a team of Associates and Legal Support Staff. Will mentor Associates and Legal Support Staff. Conduct research to advise clients. Develop litigation and discovery strategies. Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Court & jury trials. Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland. Should have experience in litigation and Domestic Law. Management experience is a plus. Experience in criminal trials, Circuit courts & District Courts is required.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to build rapport with clients is required. Ability to work well as part of a team is needed. Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
